Townsville State Development Area 

The Townsville State Development Area (TSDA) is 4,915 hectares of defined land dedicated for industrial development.

Located about six kilometres south-east of the Townsville CBD and two kilometres south of the Port of Townsville, it is situated at the junction of the national road network (Bruce and Flinders Highway) with direct connections to major rail networks and the Port of Townsville.

Cleveland Bay Industrial Park 

The Cleveland Bay Industrial Park is a master-planned industrial estate located at the intersection between the Flinders and the Bruce Highway. The precinct will provide 125 hectares of fully serviced freehold industrial lots for development either side of the Townsville Port Access Road in the Townsville State Development Area.
